Features:
The Gothic Quarter is the centre of the old city of Barcelona. It stretches from La Rambla to Via Laietana, and from the Mediterranean seafront to Ronda de Sant Pere. It’s hard to proscribe a particular run, given the area’s labyrinthine streets and squares. Best to explore on your own (go early to beat the crowds), or do the 1-mile around the wall perimeter. Can be combined with La Rambla, and waterfront running.
Essentials
- No proscribed distance. Wall perimeter is 1 mile

Why no Google Maps link for directions from random starting points?
On the Google map on the location home page (Barcelona in this case), click on one of the ‘runner icons’ and then click on the directions link on the top right corner and that will give you directions to the route from whatever starting point you enter.
