“Highway” is a relative term when it comes to the Cayman Islands. This major street from Georgetown (near the airport) to West Bay is considerably less busy than freeways in other countries, but it’s still a fairly traffic-heavy street. That said, this new road has a fresh lane for cycling and pedestrian traffic, so this 9.6 km stretch is a good choice for anyone trying to fit a longer – and safe – road run on this small island.
