The Cayman Islands

Queens Highway

Though most Grand Cayman running routes are located on the west side of the island (near Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach) the Queens Highway is a gem of the island’s less explored East End. Not many cars travel this remote stretch of road, and the ocean views are incredible. This stretch along the shore near Barefoot Beach is about 5 km in one direction.

Essentials
  • Up to 10 km out and back

  • West End: Barefoot Beach; East End: near Morritt's Resorts
