Naples/Fort Myers, FL

Ft. Myers: John Yarbough Linear Park

John Yarbough Linear Park is a five mile paved multi-use path that runs just east of central Fort Myers. It runs from Six Mile Cypress in the south to Colonial Blvd. in the north. The southern section is more shaded. Much of the trail runs along a canal, and has some pretty sections. The trail is used for a multitude of recreational uses, and is one of the better off-road running opportunities in the Ft. Myers area. There is a longer-term plan to make this a 10-mile trail.
