Princeville Bike Path — Princeville

Rick McCharles

This is a great running option for those staying in the busy Princeville area. A pleasant 2.5 mile bike path runs along Ka Haku Road between the Shopping Center and the St. Regis Hotel in downtown Princeville. It starts out with some nice rolling hills, but gradually evens out and shifts downhill toward the St. Regis. Start in the Shopping Center parking lot and head west on the path (which is built on the remains of a former highway). As you near downtown, you’ll reach the massive Princeville Fountain. Just past the fountain, cross Ka Haku Road and take a right. The path continues for a short distance towards the hotel, where you can turn around and head back.

Note: Construction to widen the path began in October 2017. Runners are advised to avoid the area between the Makai Golf Course 17th hole tee box and the Sandpiper Condominiums until the anticipated finish of construction in Spring 2018.
