One of the most popular hangouts in Manila is the long coastal strip around the Mall of Asia, which is punctuated by shops, eateries, and the SM By the Bay Amusement Park. The concrete boardwalk begins near the ferry terminal and runs south past the amusement park to the Conrad Hotel. The boardwalk is only about .75 miles (1.2 km), but runners can continue along Coral Way for 1 km, passing some interesting buildings, including the Mall of Asia Arena and the Shrine of Jesus. Just be advised: traffic is bustling once you reach the Coral Way sidewalk.
