Another decent area for a jaunt along a road. One can run here along the water for nearly 3 km., from the post office to the north to near the Nehru Science Center to the South. A great spot if you’re staying at the Four Seasons or the St. Regis. The best stretch is the 1.5 km separated path that runs from just south of the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, near the Hotel Hiltop and Glaxo SmithKline, with great views of the water.
For a longer run, head a bit further south to the Nehru Science Centre and run about 2km to the Mahalaxmi Race Course, where it’s possible to run 2 km around the horse racing track! (5am-9am and 4pm-8pm).
The road can get crowded, so best to go early, and it can be windy. Be wary of hawkers, as well.
