Nagai Park

The expansive greenery of Nagai Park is a popular spot for activities of all sorts — from browsing the Osaka Museum of Natural History to competing on sporting fields to taking in the sights and scents of the botanical gardens. When it comes to running, the park boasts several route options. The designated running course is approximately 2.8 km (1.7 mile) around on a flat asphalt track. The wide loop accommodates many runners, so you can easily pass others if running loops or high speed runs. The park is also equipped with lights, so many locals take advantage of night running opportunities here. Please check into the administrative office beforehand, as there may be an entry fee.
