Bang Tao Beach

Further north on the west coast of Phuket, Bang Tao is one of the longest possible beach runs on the island. The southern end is comprised largely of tourist resorts, but as you run north the beach becomes pleasantly remote. From the south end, which starts near the Catch Beach Club, your can run for 5.6 km out to scenic Kala point.

Note that for Bang Tao, there’s no road right along the beach, so the nice, packed sand is the best option for runners here.
