Arakawa River Trail

This is a popular bike and running path in the northern part of downtown Tokyo. The paved trail going right along the river, heading west for up to 35km, with mile markers each kilometer. This is a great option for those seeking a longer run. There is good subway access along the whole way. You can go for 20+ miles westward.
