A scenic run in Woodlands - a planned residential community in the northern part of Singapore. Includes Woodlands Waterfront Park along the Johor Straits, and lush green trails through Marsiling Park and Admiralty Park.
For a scenic destination run, take the short ferry ride from Changi Point to Pulau Ubin Island. The island is a large nature sanctuary featuring wetlands, quarries, mangrove swamps, and lush woodlands. Some easier trails, others more rugged.
A variety of running options on Lantau Island: parks & waterfront running near the Airport & Convention Center; beach running at the southern end of the island; and an an extensive network of scenic, hilly trail running options in the interior.
A nice waterfront run in Chiba combining two parks: Inagi Seaside Park and Makuhari Seaside Park. It's up to 6.5 km one-way, with good add-options. You can choose to run on seaside paths or interior park paths.
In central Chiba, a good spot for a quick run is to combine the pretty paths of Chiba Park with the campus of Chiba University. A loop is ~6 km.
Small but pretty park with attractive paths through Western & Japanese gardens with cherry & plum blossoms. There's also a running track! Can put together ~ 5 km in here, plus some laps around the track. Can add Inohara Park, with its famous castle.
Run the ~1 km loop around a park that's the largest shellmound in the world, and combine with the 2.5 km of paths along the narrow river adjacent to the park. A pleasant 6.8 km route in central Chiba.
