Creamer’s Field

Wikimedia Commons

Creamer’s Field is a Migratory Waterfowl Refuge located at the historic Creamer family farm in northern Fairbanks. It’s an important stop for migratory SandHill Cranes, as well as the home base of the Fairbanks branch of the Alaska Department of Fish & Game. There are over 300 acres of fields here, surrounded by miles of walking, skiing, and mushing trails. Almost all of the trails are flat and runnable, but some of the top destinations include the observation tower at the center of the park and the lakes in the northwest of the park.
