Features:
The Nairobi suburb of Runda, also known as Runda Estate, is one of the best neighborhoods around when it comes to road running. Many of the main streets to the north of the Karura Forest are tree-lined with well-kempt sidewalks, while the more rural roads are quiet and scenic, featuring some impressive homes and gardens. Note that many of the homes have walls or gates.
It’s also easy to get off the main streets and into the shambas (farms), villages, and coffee fields along the northern outskirts of Runda.
