Three multi-use trails in cities north of Nashville that are nice for running: the 4.5 mile Hendersonville Greenway along the Columbia River through two parks; the 3.8 mile White House Greenway, and the 2.5 mile Springfield Greenway.
This historic town 20 miles south of Nashville has some nice running! Combine Pinkerton Park, Fort Granger, downtown, & the Franklin Greenway for an 8-miler. The Park at Harlinsdale Farm is a historic horse farm with a 5k soft track across rolling farmland.
A pleasant 200-acre park for running in the Lucan area of western Dublin. North-south paths through a combination of woods & open space. Can make a 5.5 km loop, with add-on possible in Vesey Park. Site of parkrun & nearby running track.
Dodder Valley Park has nice paths along the River Dodder. For a longer loop, combine with Tymon Park. Marlay Park has nice paths around woods & sports pitches. Bushy Park has more paved paths along the Dodder, & adjacent Rathfarnham Castle.
A 120-hectare park in the southwestern outskirts of Dublin, with lovely trails around woods, landscaped gardens, and some small lakes. A loop of the perimeter is 2.6 miles, with another ~1 mile of paths. Site of weekly parkrun.
Several km of lovely waterfront running in coastal town of Skerries, located 30 km north of Dublin & easily reachable by train. Just north of Skerries, gorgeous running on 4-5 km of paths around Ardgillan Castle and Gardens.
This 62-hectare city park the heartland of the Bishan and Ang Mo Kio residential districts is a nice place for a run. Paved trails wind through gardens and lawns for a ~6.4 km loop. Can extend w/trail along Kallang River.
This 90-acre green oasis in the emerging Jurong Lake District is a wonderful new addition to the Singapore running scene. Run on lush trails through four themed gardens. Free and open all day. Lit at night!
A 16 km+ multi-use path in the western part of Singapore that can be run standalone or as add-on/connector to our Bukit Timah, Pandan River Trail, & Clementi Forest routes.
