One of the great urban beaches and one of the more scenic and festive runs in Florida. The wide, paved Boardwalk runs for 8 miles along (runnable) Miami Beach. Take in palm-lined parks, beach & ocean views, Art Deco architecture, the Miami skyline, & fun shops & restaurants.

This 25-mile multi-use runs along the oldest remaining pioneer canal on the north side of the Salt River, through from Glendale to Tempe, mainly north of the I-10. The 14 'improved' miles are known as the 'Canalscape'. Some lovely residential neighborhoods, parks, & connections to additional trails.
One of the longer multi-use trails in Maricopa County, running ~36 miles between Mesa and Peoria along both sides of the Arizona Canal. It's ~9 miles north of downtown Phoenix, passes through Scottsdale, Tempe, Glendale.
Terrific running combining the gorgeous, Olmsted-designed Roland Park neighborhood, the Stony Brook Trail, and the attractive campus of Johns Hopkins University. Each of those elements can be a standalone route, or can be combined.
Druid Hill Park is known for its shady lawns, picturesque water features, majestic forest, Baltimore Zoo, botanic gardens, and conservatory. Great if you’re looking for a hill workout.
Lake Montebello has a scenic 1.3 mile paved lake loop. Also connects to Herring Run Park, which features a 4-mile mainly wooded loop trail around Herring Run stream. The adjacent residential areas are also nice for running.
History and scenery combine for fantastic running in historic Concord. Run the 4.6 mile Battle Road Trail, do our Author's Ridge & Old North Bridge tour, or run the Reformatory Branch/Great Meadows National Wildlife Refuge loop. Gorgeous in fall!
In southern Stockholm, there's some pleasant and easy trail running in the Skärholmen area. There are some trails near the water, some interior trails, and even more at Vårbergstoppen Park. Mainly wooded.
A unique and historic run along this ancient Roman road. Up to 12 km. Mix of surfaces. Can combine with scenic paths around Parco Della Caffarella, and/or a loop around the famous Circus Maximus. Good option near Ciampino Airport.
