Located in Coconut Creek, this is one of Broward’s largest and most diverse parks. Paved paths run throughout the south side of the park, totaling 1.75 miles. There are two certified 5K courses along the roadways and pathways. The park is a center for other activities as well.

Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is an oasis of the last Tropical Maritime Hammock in all of Broward County. This 180-acre park contains beautiful nature trails, and a 2 mile paved loop perfect for a quick run! Can add w/Coral Ridge neighborhood.
Brick-paved oceanfront promenade stretching nearly 2 miles. A haven for runners, walkers, cyclists, etc. Festive and crowded! Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops along the way.
This 2.3-mile gravel trail, accessible from the north side of the park, meanders through mangroves and is popular with walkers and bicyclists.
Park built on former landfill offers pleasant trails for running and that rarity in Florida -- hills! There's a 2.1 mile equestrian loop trail and a 1/2 mile fitness trail with stations. Rolling hills and meadows.
A different running experience, only 20 minutes west of Fort Lauderdale's hotels. Run along the many miles of trail atop the levees at Conservation Levee Greenway, with views of wetlands and sawgrass prairie. Note it's open & exposed.
