This 8-mile bike path east of Wichita runs close to the Airport in the rough trajectory of Route 96. In the north, it starts out in Chisholm Creek Park and runs southeast to the Crestview Country Club. On the north side, it connects with the Wichita Bike Path, which runs back towards the city. With its proximity to the highway, this paved path isn’t the most scenic route ever, but it’s mostly quiet and tree lined, offering a good opportunity for a mostly off-road longer distance run. Nicest section is northern end. The path is well-signed with markers.
