The aptly named Sport City is among Amman’s favorite workout hotspots. Not only are there playgrounds, pools, and arenas in this region of the city center, there is a 2 km dirt and asphalt running track through flat and shady woods. Runners can pick up the track near the Ismael Barber Shop in the center of Sport City. There is a parking lot directly across the street. Most runners choose to do laps around the pleasant pedestrian-only path, but if you fancy more variation, there are some other nice sidewalks throughout Sport City.
