Brossard is a suburb in the Montérégie region, adjacent to Longueuil. There’s nice running on a dedicated multi-use path of nearly 8km passing through a linear park, along a lake, and several small parks along the Saint Lawrence River. Bonus: linear park section is lit at night!

Start in central Brossard at Parc de la Terre. There’s a paved multi-use path running through several narrow parks, forming a linear park through this residential area. It’s 3.5 km south to Parc Radisson. From there, continue south. There’s a nice ~1 km along the Lac de La Citière (lake), and then another ~1 km to Centennial Plaza. These are parks on the south side of Highway 15. You can add another ~1.5 km of very scenic paths along the St. Lawrence River by crossing over the pedestrian bridge at Centennial Plaza, featuring some great views at the Point at Bassin scenic spot.
For a shorter run, do just the lake & riverfront sections.

Running options in Laval, located across the Prairies River from Montreal, include a lovely route combing Mercy Park & Parc Bernard-Landry, the 10 km Route Verte, and 2 km of waterfront trails in Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles.
Terrebonne is located across the Rivière des Mille-Îles from Laval on Montreal's north shore. The best place to run is our 4.5 loop around several riverfront parks, anchored by Ile des Moulins.
Nice running in this Montreal suburb in the Montérégie region. Enjoy a loop around the historic Fort de Chambly and along the Chambly Basin, then run on up to 18 km of gravel paths along the Chambly Canal.
