This is a lovely linear park run in the eastern part of Brussels, on the edge of the Sonian Forest. A multi-use path connects several parks between Rodebeek and Auderghem. A straight shot is 5 km one-way, but there are additional paths in Parc Malou and Parc de Woluwe, enabling a longer route. The paths are a mix of paved and gravel, passing through a combination of open park-like terrain and some woods.

Our route starts at Parc Malou, where you can run on the western edge of a small lake and around the grounds of Château Malou. Take the path headed south through Parc des Sources, crossing the N3 intro Parc de Woluwe. This is a larger park, with a nice network of paths for adding on. From there, we’ve mapped the path to Auderghem, and for another 1 km to the Beaulieu metro station. Note: Can run one-way and take the tram back.

Add-Ons: ~2 km of paths in Parc de Woluwe; and just to the north of Parc Malou, a wooded path connects to the EPHEC campus, where there are additional paths for running.
