Lauta Park is a good spot for some easy off-road running, and a good shade option on a hot day. The mainly wooded park is located 3 km east of central Plovdiv. There’s a wide, paved multi-use path that runs the ~1.4 km length of the park, and some narrower dirt-surfaced wooded paths. Overall, one can do a run of 3-4 km not overlapping.
There’s a map kiosk at various points of the park with marked routes. the longest being 2.6 km.
