Broadmoor

One part resort community, one park residential neighborhood, the Broadmoor area of Colorado Springs is a nice deviation from the typical trail running of Colorado Springs. There are a number of loopy side streets where you can check out Colorado Springs homes, but the most runnable street is a straight shot down Lake Ave from Broadmoor Town Center to The Broadmoor Hotel. You can loop around the resort/golf club area on the hotel paths, then continue back along the Lake Ave sidewalk. There isn’t a lot of traffic in this area, but you will have a number of street crossings, so be sure to look both ways before you go!
