Mountain Spring Drive (Kingston)

Mountain Spring Drive is some of the toughest running around, inclining steadily up a hill to a dead end in the mountains. It’s a popular local walking route for its scenery, but with a nice paved surface and very little traffic, it’s primed for running. From the Widcombe Ave bus stop to the end of the road is 2.1 km, with elevation grades of 15-18% at its toughest. The best part is runners can enjoy the scenery at the top, then enjoy a speedy downhill cruise.
