Ciclovia Godoy Cruz

Creative Commons: Diego Salatino

The Ciclovia Godoy Cruz offers one of the best opportunities for an easy, longer off-road run in Mendoza. The paved multi-use path heads south into the Godoy Cruz, a large and lively area south of downtown. It’s 6.3 km one-way, terminating just south of Parque Benegas. While not particularly scenic, it’s a good alternative to the busy streets in the area. Note: gradual uphill, north to south.

The northern end starts at Mariano Mareno, near Plaza Belgrano and heads south, starting as Paseo Pedro Pascual Segura alongside Pascual Segura. It then turns into the Ciclovia Godoy Cruz. At 2.3 km, cross the Arroyo River at Dr Raúl Alfonsín Park, as the path parallels Gral Mosconi and then Av. San Martín Sur. It ends just south of Parque Benegas.

Add-Ons: Just north of the northern end is Government House and connections to Plaza Italia and our Central Mendoza route. And 1.5 km west is our Parque General San Martín route (follow Mariano Mareno).
