Starting at the State House, a national historic landmark, this route runs through downtown Providence. You’ll pass the Mount Pleasant High School, run around the beautiful Triggs Memorial Golf Course, and past several revitalized retail shops. You’ll run down past West Park, and through several residential areas, where you’ll find many 18th century homes. Towards the end of the route, you’ll get to run across Pleasant Valley Park, and loop around back to where you started.
