Formerly a staging ground for the Sheriff’s Posse, this park a couple of miles west of downtown offers a nice option for those looking for some paved, off-road flat running in Sedona. The park has tennis court
s, a fitness trail, fields, and several ‘ramadas’ (shelters). One can put together about 2 miles within the park. The Sunrise Trail, which parallels Soldiers Pass Rd., is 0.6 miles one-way.
