Shanghai Zoo is about 15 km west of the city center in the Changning Area. It’s a good running option in proximity to Hongqiao Airport (the more minor of Shanghai’s two airports).
The zoo has several km of paved trails, which are suitable for running — the area has some greenery and landscaping. It’s easy to do about 5k within the zoo without overlap, or 10k with some overlap.
