This scenic and mostly dirt and crushed limestone path parallels the White River
Formerly a military installation, Fort Ben, as it's called, is now a state park and nature preserve. There are several trails to choose from, however, none of the individual trails are more than three miles.
Wonderful seaside route. Best section is the 5+ km from the Flisvos Marina north to the Peace and Friendship Stadium. South toward Glyfada and Voula there are some great sections plus a tram allowing for a one-way run. Video excerpts!
The Jacksonville-Baldwin Trail is 14.5 miles long and runs from Jacksonville’s westside to the small town of Baldwin. The trail is great for running as the surface is entirely asphalt.

A 13.5 mile long path along the St. Lawrence River, from Verdun to Parc René-Lévesque in Lachine. Take in the magnificent views of Lac Saint-Louis and the spectacular Lachine rapids.
Angrignon Park has wonderful walking trails through woods and around ponds. It's nearby a metro stop. Can also combine with the paved trail along the Aqueduct Canal, and even the Lachine Rapids paths.
Wonderful running options on this island that sits between the city of Montreal and the South Shore. 10+ km of waterfront park paths on the island, a lovely path to Verdun, the Ice Control Structure path, and connections to the Champlain Bridge.
