One of the most popular places to run in Oslo. A combination park and historic estate. Enjoy 4--5 km of beautifully landscaped trails around the manor (now Oslo City Museum), and the Gustav Vigeland sculpture park.
A lovely route just east of Oslo center that features two modern parks: Middelalderparken, built on the grounds of the former Royal Estate, and Ekebergparken, which features a 63-acre sculpture park and trails through a nature preserve.

A unique and spectacular route, running from downtown to St. Helen’s Island, site of Montreal’s historic Expo 67. The island is now a large park, with pleasant walking/running paths and lovely views of the St. Lawrence River.

One of the most popular routes for running in New Orleans. Upwards of 3,000 people run under a leafy canopy of live oaks and alongside a little lagoon, each day. Add on with the campus of Tulane University and the area's pretty residential streets.
Great running option located 15 miles east of New Orleans. Run along boardwalks and a gravel levee trail along a canal through protected marshland. You'll see lots of birds...and alligators!
Boulder's signature, 8-mile paved path has three sections. The eastern 3 miles is more open, passing through grassland. Miles 4-6 are through the University of Colorado at Boulder, downtown, and several parks. The hilly last 2 miles go into Boulder Canyon.
The Wonderland Lake Park/Foothills Loop is a tranquil and scenic spot for running. Roughly three miles north of downtown Boulder, Wonder Lake Park, Foothills Community Park, and Foothills Community Garden make for a nice 4 mile loop.
