Running on North and Middle Caicos is pretty straightforward — there is basically one road that spans across both islands, connecting them with a long causeway. These islands have an agriculture history, and are sparsely populated and visited compared to Providenciales and Grand Turk. The relative lack of traffic on the North/Middle Caicos Road makes it a great option for a long run. Ultra-Marathoner Lynn Robinson once ran the 33.32 mile span from end to end, but feel free to choose a shorter section!

Best places to run in Providenciales include sandy Grace Bay Beach, the long sidewalk along Grace Bay Road, roads around the Venetian Road Settlement, and several quiet, dirt roads in the west side of Provo.
Run some of the roads around the Cockburntown waterfront, or take scenic Lighthouse Road for 5 km to the historic Grand Turk Lighthouse.
Choose from the grid-like roads around Cockburn Harbour or set out on the long 7 km road along the north peninsula of South Caicos.
