Start with a loop around Kasori Shell Midden, the largest shellmound in the world. There’s an open air archaeological park and indoor museum. A loop of the main paths is ~1 km. Then, take the small path next to the former Ōsuga Family House to connect to the path along the narrow river. Head north for 0.8 km to the end Arch Hill Tennis Club, turning around to take path for 2.4 km to the southern end. There are paths on either side of the river — mainly gravel with a couple of paved sections.

If you're visiting the Tokyo Disneyland area, take a break and enjoy this pleasant run along Tokyo Bay, along a path through several seaside parks. Up to 10 km one-way, with optional jaunts along the Sakai River and Kyoryu Park.
A nice waterfront run in Chiba combining two parks: Inagi Seaside Park and Makuhari Seaside Park. It's up to 6.5 km one-way, with good add-options. You can choose to run on seaside paths or interior park paths.
Small but pretty park with attractive paths through Western & Japanese gardens with cherry & plum blossoms. There's also a running track! Can put together ~ 5 km in here, plus some laps around the track. Can add Inohara Park, with its famous castle.
