Hannover Messe is one of the largest convention & exhibitor centers in Europe. It’s located south of the city. If you’re out there for a convention or staying at one of the numerous hotels around the Messe, there’s some pleasant running in some parks and on paths around fields and farms east in the Parc Agricole (Agricultural Park) east of Highway 6.

We’ve mapped a 10 km route that you can use as a guideline. Starting near the Ost 8 parking lot, run north on the tree-lined path adjacent to Gertrude-Elion-Straße. At 1 km, option to head just west into LBS Park, which features ~1 km of paths. Continue north for another 1.5 km to Strickfield, where if you turn left you can run for 0.5 km to the Bezirkssportanlage Bemerode stadium, which features a nice running track.

Retrace your steps and head east on the Straßburger Allee path toward the Bockmerholz nature preserve, where there are some wooded trails. Head south through Bockmerholz, and then back west on the paths to the start.
