University Boulevard is a wide street built on a grand scale, with the Amir Temur Monument at its north end. Along its median, Universitet Xiyoboni Park is a pedestrian path running the length of the boulevard, featuring a lovely tree canopy. A loop is 2.4 km.

We recommend combining with Alisher Navoi Central Park. There are wide, well-lit pedestrian paths running ~1 km west to the Alisher Navoi statue. So overall this makes for a ~5.5 km run!

This newly built commercial & cultural area in the eastern section of Samarkand is one of best places to run in the city! Enjoy a 5.7 km loop on paths around the rowing channel, the 6.3 km perimeter road, & additional paths.
