Great running options in Longueuil, on Montreal's south shore, include a paved 7 km path along the St. Lawrence River, 30 km of trails connecting five islands in les-de-Boucherville National Park, and nice trails in Michel-Chartrand Park.
In the Montreal suburb of Brossard, up to 8 km along a paved multi-use path passing through a narrow linear park, along Lac de La Citière, and a nice section along the Saint Lawrence River in La Prairie, with nice water views.
Terrebonne is located across the Rivière des Mille-Îles from Laval on Montreal's north shore. The best place to run is our 4.5 loop around several riverfront parks, anchored by Ile des Moulins.
Nice running in this Montreal suburb in the Montérégie region. Enjoy a loop around the historic Fort de Chambly and along the Chambly Basin, then run on up to 18 km of gravel paths along the Chambly Canal.
