We wouldn’t call this a ‘scenic run’, but The Mall Road is one of the only good spots for a safe, longer road run in Agra. The road runs for 5 km from the Railway Station to Highway 62, passing some small parks, Indra Gandhi Circle, government offices, and Agra sites. It’s one of the city’s major roads that is not a highway, and there is a sidewalk. Even so, there are two lanes of traffic each way. Best to go early!
A good additional option is Company Park, which is is 0.5 km south of Indra Gandhi Circle. One can do a ~1 km loop of this pleasant green space.
