Features:
A fantastic rural running option on the southern border of Amman begins from the International Community School in Na’ur. Here, you’ll find scenic rolling roads, sprawling fields, and quiet countryside. The area is mostly safe from car traffic, but beware of encounters with wild dogs. Crossfit Crescent and the Amman Road Runners have mapped three routes through this region: a long run of ~15 km, a medium run of ~10 km, and a short run of ~5 km.
NOTE: Access to these routes is only by car or taxi arranged in advance. Due to the rural nature of the route, it’s recommended to run with a partner or group.
