The go-to running option in the San Lorenzo area is the ciclovía (or bikeway) near the Universidad Nacional de Asunción. This lit, paved loop has two lanes – one for bikes and one for pedestrians/runners – encircling a green park space with trees, a lagoon, and a playground. One loop around is about 2 km. Bonus: lit at night!
