Ocean City Bike Path

A favorite running route in Ocean City, the Ocean City Bike Path spans across the bridges of the Rainbow Channel to Somers Point, with great views of the island-speckled coast. The path starts at 35th street, but you can pick it up from Ocean City anywhere along Haven Ave. After 2.75 miles, the path takes a sharp left along East 9th Street. At mile 3, it joins the Stainton Memorial Causeway Bridge, which island hops for 2.2 miles out to Somers Point. There are great views of Great Egg Harbor Bay as you run over the causeway. Note: the Causeway section is also known as the Route 52 Bridge Trail.

Add-Ons: Ocean City Boardwalk. A classic New Jersey boardwalk. It’s 2.5 miles from 23rd St. to St. James Place. Good access to the bike path from 9th St.
