The 10 km² park is one of the most popular visitor sites in Hanzhou, known for its waterways, causeways, aquatic grasslands, flowers, and fishing villages. There are many quiet roads and paths in the park that are suitable for jogging.  Note there are also some wooden boardwalks and cobblestone roads that are not as run-friendly.
