To be honest, there is not much to see along Chenal Valley Drive, but this lengthy sidewalk, which loops for 5.6 miles around the Country Club area, is a fine choice for a steady flat run. In addition to the mapped loop, a number of ritzy, planned communities lie just off the Drive and the Chenal Parkway, so runners can break up the monotony by popping in and out of these looping cul-de-sacs. Many of the neighborhoods are perched amongst rolling hills, so it’s also a great area to get in some elevation work.
