Head to Rupert Lane Recreation Ground for some hilly fun in the heart of Liverpool. In this spacious linear park, runners will find asphalt lanes and sprawling sidewalks. A loop around the whole park is about 3 km, but the elevation change makes this a great place to run hill circuits.
Add-Ons: The Victorian-era Stanley Park and Garden is 1 km northeast of Rupert Lane. Nice paths around the park and conservatory.
