The Humphrey Brook Trail offers a nice opportunity for a longer off-road run in the northeast part of Moncton. The mainly gravel trail runs for 5.6 km between Lewisville Rd. and Harrisville Blvd., following Humphrey Brook. The southern end is a bit more residential/commercial, and then is pleasantly wooded. Located in Dieppe, this is a nice park for running, with several km of circle-shaped trails forming nice loops! Mainly wooded. Outer trails are easier and are 2-3 km loops. Some hilly spots on the inner trails. Also a popular winter recreation spot.
Large urban park that's popular for running. 5-6 km of maintained walking trails, combination of open & wooded terrain. The park is also a center for other seasonal recreational activities. Add on with Northwest Trail.
Good long-distance running option on this paved multi-use trial, passing through Moncton's residential communities. Up to 9 km one-way, through a combination of open & wooded landscape. Can combine with Centennial Park.
Popular park located in the northern part of Moncton, is a nice spot for easy trail running. There are 6-7 km of easy trails through woods and around a wetland & lagoon. We recommend a ~5 loop combining the Floodplain & Wetland trails. Nice in winter!
