Some options best suited to trail running include the 3-mile Burping Brook Loop and the 4.5-mile Hay Ridge Loop.

Essentials
  • Burping Brook Loop: 3 miles (5 km); Hay Ridge Loop: 4.5 miles (7.2 km)
  • 354 feet
  • Park Entrance
  • Mount Spokane Park Drive
