For a bucolic off-road run in Stamford, we love exploring the Bartlett Arboretum and Gardens. There are 13 gardens, with lovely paths to explore them. We inquired and confirmed that running is permitted. Admission is free and the park is open from dawn to dusk.
Overall, there are 3-4 of trails in the Arboretum.
