The Junction Creek Path is a gravel multi-use trail connecting a couple of neighborhoods in Sudbury. The path runs between Regent St. and Kelly Lake Rd., following Junction Creek. Overall, it’s 5.3 km out and back.

Short but sweet, the Bell Park Boardwalk is the most scenic run in Sudbury. The waterfront path runs along Lake Ramsey for 2 km, with great water views and some additional trails in Bell Park.
Best bet for running near downtown are two trails that can be combined for a ~10 km off-road run. The dirt surfaced trails are mainly wooded and have decent footing. Nice views from the New Sudbury Conservation Area.
A scenic route and one of the better opportunities for a long, easy off-road trail run in Sudbury. The 8.7 km out and back along the south side of Kelly Lake is mainly wooded, with some water views. Longer Option: Add Hillfield Trail west of Fielding Park.
Terrific trail running area in the southeastern part of Greater Sudbury. Excellent mix of trails featuring woods, wetlands, lakes, and some hills. Trail map has excellent info on trail distances/difficulty. Running track at Laurentian U.
