Enjoy great views of St. Peter's Basilica from the paths around Monte Ciocci Park, and then a multi-use path over the rail line north to Monte Mario or the new path south to the San Pietro train station.
Terrific running in the Pāpāmoa Beach area: The inland 6.4 km Pāpāmoa Walkway passing through several green Reserve areas; a 3 km multi-use trail along Pāpāmoa Beach Rd; and 15+ km of idyllic beach running.
One of the signature running options in Fort Collins. Paved multi-use trail follows the Cache la Poudre River from Bellvue to Greeley. Numerous open spaces with river views, several ponds, grasslands, foothills. Full trail will be 45 miles when completed in 2026.

Good running options at this historic site. Omaha Beach itself is very runnable, 8+ km. There's also a 3.4 km beachfront path, scenic cycle paths headed west & east of the beach, and quiet, interior 'hedgerow' roads.
