Short Option: 6.4 km. We start in the sports center area just north of Jelení zahrada park, where there are numerous recreation facilities and a running track. Then head south, crossing the historic Cloak Bridge, with great views of the castle and old town. You’ll then climb nearly 100m over 0.5 km into the castle gardens. Enjoy a ~2 km loop of these spectacular grounds. Then use the Lávka pod Zámkem bridge to access the part of the historic centre on the south bank of the Vltava, with its museums and Church of St. Vitus. Cross the Vltava Bridge, run through City Park, then a short section along the river to the Pont Linecka bridge, returning on the east bank to the castle area.
