Busan Jungang Park

Google Street View

In the southern part of Busan, Jungang Park and Busan Democracy Park are adjoining preserves that provide an opportunity for some hilly running. There are roads and paths, with a highlight being the summit of the small park, featuring great views of the Busan skyline. There are also some stairs around the Memorial for those who want to get their heart rate up! Around Busan Democracy Park, there are numerous outdoor sculptures.

We haven’t mapped a specific route in this park, but there’s a guide map of the park at numerous entrances. To access the park, get off at Busan station and go up to Choryang Ibagu gil (walkway near China town). A landmark at the entrance is Chunghon tower, built as a Korean war memorial.
