This is another fun run in central Derry, and can also be combined with the the path along the west embankment of the River Foyle. We start with a crossing of the Peace Bridge, a footbridge completed in 2011, symbolizing the unity of the Protestant community and the Nationalist community in the city. From there, head north on a paved path along the river, adjacent to the the train tracks. You’ll pass through St. Columb’s Park, a historic manor that’s now a lovely park with paths and other facilities. The path continues north of the park for another ~1 mile, turning more inland, ending at the Foyle Bridge.

Add-Ons: Combine with our route along the west embankment of the River Foyle.
