Helsingborg Linear Park Route

Viskängen Park. Google Street View

This is a pleasant run through a series of small parks in esastern Helsingborg. The route is on a combination of pedestrian and cycle paths. Distance is up to 5.8 km one-way, between the Olympia stadium/recreation center and the Ramlösa health resort.

Start on the path at the Olympia stadium/recreation center and run south for 1 km to Viskängen Park. Continue south, through Backängen Park, crossing Fältarpsvägen, passing a couple of soccer fields, and then an 0.8 km loop around a small lake on a gravel path. KMs 4-5 are the least scenic, on paths near a busy highway. The last 1 km is in the area of the Ramlösa health resort, which features a wooded path, an aquatic center, and other athletic facilities.

Add-Ons: There are additional cycle and pedestrian paths along the way, connecting to residential areas. And just west of the northern start point, there are three nearby parks that are part of our ‘Runseeing‘ tour.
